Every Home Crowd item is made to order. Please allow time for your order to be produced before it ships.

Processing & Delivery

Most orders are produced and delivered within approximately 7–12 business days of purchase.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on production volume, destination, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Multiple Items

In some cases, items in the same order may be produced or shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one package or tracking number.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. Home Crowd is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
