Returns & Refunds

Every Home Crowd item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or change-of-mind purchases.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos showing the issue.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at support@shophomecrowd.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
